Through its five-year contribution, NFPA is supporting Industrial Careers Pathway (ICP), a major workforce development initiative to recruit qualified, entry-level employees for the industrial distribution channel. Certificate and/or two-year degree programs emphasizing technical and distribution basics have already been launched in eight metropolitan areas.
