FUTURE LEADER
CRITERIA:
A "Future
Leader" must meet the following criteria:
▶
Under 45 years of age
▶ Possesses the potential for executive leadership within 5-10 years
▶ For companies under $100M sales: Reports directly to President/CEO
▶
For companies $100M - $500M sales: Reports directly to a member of the President/CEO staff
▶ For companies over $500M sales: Holds a “significant leadership position”
Exceptions to above criteria are allowed, and will be
approved by NFPA’s CEO on a case-by-case basis.
