FUTURE LEADER CRITERIA:

A "Future Leader" must meet the following criteria:

▶  Under 45 years of age

▶  For companies under $100M sales: Reports directly to President/CEO 

▶  For companies $100M - $500M sales: Reports directly to a member of the President/CEO staff 

▶  For companies over $500M sales: Holds a “significant leadership position”

▶  Possesses the potential for executive leadership & NFPA Board membership within 5-10 years 

Exceptions to above criteria are allowed, and will be approved by NFPA’s Executive Director on a case-by-case basis.
