Display Opportunity
Open to all NFPA Product and Service Supplier members, NFPA tabletop
displays are the best value you’ll find to showcase your products and services. For only $400, these
displays will offer all attendees the opportunity to view product samples and literature during breakfast, refreshment breaks, lunch and the
evening reception on
Tuesday, August 17—the first full-day of the conference.
In addition, Tuesday’s lunch sponsorship is included in the exhibit fee and all tabletop participants will be acknowledged as a sponsor of the lunch. All participants will also be recognized with their logo on an easel sign at the registration area as well as from the podium during the IEOC General Session.
Each tabletop participant will receive a standard 6 ft. draped table provided by the Westin. The
tables will be placed around the perimeter of the ballroom being used for all food and beverage events of the conference. Your
display should be casual and scaled for a conversational approach—this is not a trade show!
Displays should be self-explanatory, but should be attended by a representative from your company during breakfast, breaks and lunch.
This representative must also be a registered delegate to the NFPA Economic Outlook Conference.

We are limited to how many tabletop displays can be placed in the area assigned, so be sure and sign up as soon as possible. If we have more companies interested than space allows, past participants will
have priority.
