ISO 12151-1:2010: Connections for hydraulic fluid power and general use — Hose fittings — Part 1: Hose fittings with ISO 8434-3 O-ring face seal ends . This part of ISO 12151 specifies the general and dimensional requirements for the design and performance of hose fittings with O-ring face seal ends in accordance with ISO 8434-3, made of carbon steel, for nominal hose inside diameters of 6,3 mm to 38 mm, inclusive, in accordance with ISO 4397.

ISO 12151-3:2010: Connections for hydraulic fluid power and general use — Hose fittings — Part 3: Hose fittings with ISO 6162-1 or ISO 6162-2 flange ends . This part of ISO 12151 specifies the general and dimensional requirements for the design and performance of flange hose fittings, made of carbon steel, for nominal hose inside diameters of 12,5 mm to 51 mm inclusive, in accordance with ISO 4397, for use with ports and clamps in accordance with ISO 6162-1 and ISO 6162-2.

ISO 5597:2010: Hydraulic fluid power — Cylinders — Dimensions and tolerances for housings for single-acting piston and rod seals in reciprocating applications. This International Standard establishes the preferred range of nominal dimensions and associated tolerances for a series of hydraulic cylinder rod and piston seal housings for reciprocating applications in the following range of dimensions: cylinders from 16 mm to 500 mm; rods from 6 mm to 360 mm.

ISO 27407:2010: Hydraulic fluid power — Marking of performance characteristics on hydraulic filters. This International Standard specifies a means of marking filters to communicate filter performance characteristics of interest to users.  This marking can be used with either the standards referenced in this International Standard or with any standard that has been harmonized with any referenced standard.  This International Standard applies to the marking of information only on the filter; the customer can request that the same information be specified on the product drawing or as part of the product packaging.

ISO 6194-3:2009: Rotary shaft lip-type seals incorporating elastomeric sealing elements — Part 3: Storage, handling and installation. This part of ISO 6194 describes seals utilizing elastomeric sealing elements. They are considered suitable for use under low-pressure conditions; see ISO 6194-1:2007, 6.1.
     This part of ISO 6194 gives users of lip-type seals requirements and guidance to the careful storage, handling and proper installation of rotary shaft lip-type seals; attention is drawn to the hazards involved and ways of avoiding them.
     NOTE ISO 6194 (all parts) is complementary to ISO 16589 (all parts), which covers seals incorporating thermoplastic sealing elements.

ISO 4395:2009: Fluid power systems and components – Cylinder piston rod end types and dimensions. This International Standard establishes a basic series for piston rod end types for application on cylinders used in hydraulic and pneumatic fluid power systems.  It specifies thread dimensions and configurations for use with hydraulic and pneumatic cylinder piston rod ends, as well as the dimensions of wrench flats and hook wrench holes that are sometimes necessary for the assembly of the cylinder piston rod's threaded end to accessories.

ISO 8434-6:2009: Metallic tube connections for fluid power and general use – Part 6: 60° cone connectors with or without O-ring. This part of ISO 8434 specifies general and dimensional requirements for the design and performance of 60 degree cone connectors and braze-on nipples with or without O-ring sealing, made of steel for tube outside diameters of 6 mm through 50 mm, inclusive, or hose sizes 5 through 51, inclusive. These connectors are for use in fluid power and general applications within the limits of pressure and temperature specified in this part of ISO 8434.  They are intended for the connection of tubes and hose fittings to ports in accordance with ISO 6149-1 and ISO 1179-1. See also ISO 12151-6 for related hose fitting specifications.  These connectors provide full-flow connections in hydraulic systems operating to the working pressures shown in Table 1.

ISO 12151-6:2009: Connections for hydraulic fluid power and general use — Hose fittings — Part 6: Hose fittings with ISO 8434‑6 60° cone ends. This part of ISO 12151 specifies the general and dimensional requirements for the design and performance of hose fittings made of carbon steel with 60 degree cone ends for nominal hose inside diameters of 5 mm to 51 mm inclusive, in accordance with ISO 4397.  These hose fittings (see Figure 1 for a typical example) are for use in hydraulic fluid power systems with hoses that meet the requirements of the respective hose standards and in general applications with suitable hoses.

ISO 6194-2:2009: Rotary shaft lip-type seals incorporating elastomeric sealing elements – Part 2: Vocabulary. This part of ISO 6194 establishes the appropriate vocabulary for seals utilizing elastomeric sealing elements where the terms and definitions given in ISO 5598 apply. These seals are considered suitable for use under low-pressure conditions (see ISO 6194-1:2007, 6.1).

ISO 8140:2009: Pneumatic fluid power — Cylinders, 1000 kPa (10 bar) series — Mounting dimensions of rod-end clevis. This International Standard specifies the mounting dimensions required for interchangeability of rod-end clevises of pneumatic cylinders. The rod-end clevises have been designed specifically for use with 1000 kPa (10 bar) series cylinders manufactured in accordance with ISO 6430, ISO 6432 and ISO 15552, but this does not limit their application.
     The clevises are used on piston rods of pneumatic cylinders for mechanically transmitting the cylinder force. The design of the clevises is based on the maximum forces resulting from the specified internal diameter of the cylinders and pressure according to ISO 6430, ISO 6432 and ISO 15552.

ISO 8139:2009: Pneumatic fluid power — Cylinders, 1000 kPa (10 bar) series — Mounting dimensions of rod-end spherical eyes. This International Standard specifies the mounting dimensions required for interchangeability of rod-end spherical eyes of pneumatic cylinders. The rod-end spherical eyes have been designed specifically for use with 1000 kPa (10 bar) series cylinders manufactured in accordance with ISO 6430, ISO 6432 and ISO 15552, but this does not limit their application.
     The spherical bearing end eyes are used on piston rods of pneumatic cylinders for mechanically transmitting the cylinder force under oscillatory rotational and tilting movements. The design of the rod-end spherical eyes is based on the maximum forces resulting from the specified internal diameter of the cylinders and pressure according to ISO 6430, ISO 6432 and ISO 15552.

ISO 6099:2009: Fluid power systems and components — Cylinders — Identification code for mounting dimensions and mounting types (fourth edition). This International Standard establishes a convention for the identification of mounting dimensions and types used in the mounting of fluid power cylinders. It specifies a code for identifying cylinder mounting, envelope, accessory and connector dimensions, and for cylinder mounting and accessory types.  This International Standard does not represent a standard list of all fluid power cylinder mounting and accessory types.

ISO 6194-4:2009: Rotary shaft lip-type seals incorporating elastomeric sealing elements — Part 4: Performance test procedures. ISO 6194 describes seals utilizing elastomeric sealing elements. They are considered suitable for use under low-pressure conditions (see ISO 6194-1:2007, 6.1).  This part of ISO 6194 specifies general test requirements for rotary shaft lip-type seals. The tests may be used for qualification purposes.  NOTE: ISO 6194 is complementary to ISO 16589, which covers seals incorporating thermoplastic sealing elements.

ISO 2941:2009: Hydraulic fluid power — Filter elements — Verification of collapse/burst pressure rating. This International Standard specifies a method for verifying the collapse/burst pressure rating of a hydraulic fluid power filter element, i.e. the capability of the filter element to withstand a designated differential pressure at the normal (I.e. intended direction of) flow, by means of pumping contaminated fluid through the filter element until either collapse/burst occurs or the maximum expected differential pressure is reached without element failure.

ISO/TR 19972-1:2009: Hydraulic fluid power – Methods to assess the reliability of hydraulic components – Part 1: General procedures and calculation method. This part of ISO/TR 19972 provides a means for determining the reliability of hydraulic fluid power components using:
a) estimates from a design analysis; b) analysis of laboratory testing to failure or suspension; c) analysis of field data; d) analysis of a substantiation test.
These methods apply to the first failures without repairs, but exclude certain infant mortality failures. Specific component test procedures and exclusions will be provided in subsequent parts of ISO/TR 19972. This part of ISO/TR 19972 also provides calculation methods, reporting descriptions and examples of reliability calculations.

ISO 6301-1:2009: Pneumatic fluid power – Compressed-air lubricators – Part 1: Main characteristics to be included in supplier's literature and product-marking requirements. This part of ISO 6301 specifies which characteristics of compressed-air lubricators are to be included in the supplier's literature. It also specifies product-marking requirements for lubricators.
This part of ISO 6301 applies to compressed-air lubricators constructed from light alloys (e.g. aluminium, etc.), zinc die cast alloys, brass, steel and plastic, with a rated pressure of 1600 kPa (16 bar) and a maximum rated temperature of 80 degrees C.

NFPA/T3.5.50-2009: Hydraulic fluid power – Two-, three-, and four-port screw-in cartridge valves – Cavities with UN and UNF threads. This standard specifies the dimensions and provides other data relating to cavities in which two-, three- and four-port screw-in cartridge valves are mounted in order to ensure interchangeability. It is applicable to two-, three-, and four-port screw-in cartridge valves generally used in industrial, agricultural, mining and mobile equipment.
