and workforce development are primary strategic issues for
NFPA—and we’re actively working to build programs that
attract, engage and develop the future workforce for the fluid
power industry. Engineering and fluid power represent growth
industries on the cutting edge of technological development,
and there are a wealth of resources available to help NFPA and
your organization better position our industry to future
employees. As a service to our member companies, many of which
are focused on workforce development in their own communities,
