Bringing together a diverse group of representatives from Midwest fluid power companies—NFPA members and non-members alike—the December 12, NFPA Chicago Regional Meeting was a huge success.  Over 40 fluid power companies were represented and attendance reached a new high.

Sam Kahan, of Kahan Consulting, was the featured presenter.  Formerly, a senior economist with the Detroit branch of the Chicago Federal Reserve Bank, Sam shared his perspective on what the New Year may look like with his signature entertaining style and candor.  Perhaps, an even more interesting part of the meeting was the opening introductions by the attendees who also shared their opinions of what lies ahead for the industry in 2013.

NFPA is committed to providing these free events that are open to all NFPA members (and guests).  The next regional meeting will be held in spring 2013 in the Detroit area.  Questions?  Contact Leslie Miller at (414) 778-3369 or  NFPA looks forward to seeing you at a regional meeting in 2013.
