February 3 - 5, 2014*
Eau Palm Beach, Manalapan, Florida

You may have heard that The Ritz-Carlton, Palm Beach, setting of the 2014 NFPA Annual Conference, has experienced a fresh transformation to create Palm Beach’s newest destination resort, Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa.  It's true!  Building on the success and reputation of their successful Spa brand, Eau Spa, the ownership remains the same; but the property was renamed and continues to offer seven acres of lush tropical gardens and an exclusive beach.

NFPA has been in close contact with the hotel, and understands that the owners—who own and manage several international luxury hotels—have renamed the hotel the Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa, and intend it to be the flagship property of a new luxury hotel brand for the North American market. As a Ritz Carlton, the hotel earned five-star and five-diamond ratings.  The owners are committed to preserving both ratings as they transition to direct management of the Eau. NFPA has also added a contract addendum to help guarantee that our members enjoy Ritz-style service minimums during the 2014 Annual Conference.

February is busy season in Florida.  We are anticipating that the hotel will book quickly.  If you know that you are going to attend the Annual Conference, we recommend that you book your room now.  Room rates are normally $600 and up this time of year.  NFPA has reserved a block of rooms at discounted rates (Rates apply from February 1, 2014 through February 6, 2014.)

NFPA Member Room Rates:
Limited View: $289
Resort View:  $309
Ocean View:  $369
Ocean Front: $415

The room block will be available until January 2, 2014 or until the block is full.  Please call (561) 533-6000 or (800) 328-0170 to make reservations and mention the NFPA Group.
