The recent NFPA Economic Update Webinar featuring Jim Meil offered attendees a number of insights about current and future trends in the U.S. and global economy, the short-term outlook for the fluid power industry, and what to expect from a number of the industry’s most popular customer markets. According to the analysis presented, 2021 is shaping up to be a year of prosperity, with 2022 also looking promising. Despite ongoing challenges including supply chain crunches and the threat of inflation, commodity prices are strong and a number of customer markets have had a healthy turnaround.
