The 2025 NFPA Annual Conference kicks off with an inspiring session by Stewart McQuillan and Sean McClung. Stewart, a paralyzed Royal Air Force veteran, invented the FAA-approved Aeroleg, enabling paraplegics to fly. Sean, a USAF veteran and aerospace executive, co-founded UAS Colorado to advance drone technology.

Together, Stewart and Sean will present *Pneumatic Helicopter Controls for Paraplegic Pilots*. This session will explore innovations in pneumatic control systems, showcasing how advanced technology empowers paraplegic pilots to navigate the skies. To make this experience even more engaging, a helicopter will be onsite, providing attendees with an up-close look at the technology discussed.
