Early Bird Registration Ends January 9 for the NFPA Annual Conference

The NFPA Annual Conference returns to New Orleans in February 2026, bringing together industry leaders for high-impact education, networking, and economic insight. Connect with peers through the “See Who’s Coming” list, take part in two special fundraising events, and enjoy curated spouse tours designed to enhance your conference experience. 

Time is running out to take advantage of Early Bird pricing for the NFPA Annual Conference. Members must register by Friday, January 9 to secure the discounted rate before prices increase.

Conference Registration Reminder:

Early Bird pricing is available through January 9. After the deadline, registration rates will increase.

Please note the conference cancellation policy:

• On or before January 9: $75 cancellation fee
• January 10 – February 3: $125 cancellation fee
• After February 3: No refunds

The donation portion of the fundraiser fee is non-refundable.

Book Your Hotel Before the Block Is Full:

NFPA has secured a limited room block at the Ritz-Carlton New Orleans, located at 921 Canal Street.

Hotel details:

• Group rate: $289 per night + tax
• Available until the block is full or January 26, 2026, whichever comes first
• Group rate available up to three days pre- and post-event (based on availability)
• Hotel cancellation policy: 72 hours prior to arrival
