Multiple community-wide efforts are underway to generate interest in our industry, encourage innovation, creativity, and problem-solving among local middle school students. The Fluid Power Action Challenge (FPAC) invites young learners to take on real-world challenges through hands-on design, teamwork, and construction and organizers are calling on sponsors and volunteers to help bring the event to life in spring 2026. Supporting these events, especially in NFPA’s Fast Track Hub regions, is vital to building fluid power awareness and illuminating career pathways for middle and high school students.
By supporting the Action Challenge Competition, community members help strengthen local connections, expand access to STEM opportunities, and inspire the next generation of talent to consider fluid power as a career path. As these events approach, we invite sponsors to volunteers to join us in creating an meaningful experience for students. Please review the event listings below and contact James Foster (jfoster@nfpa.com) to register as a volunteer, sponsor, or to learn more.
