### Showcase Your Innovation

**Next Level Awards Applications – Due December 1, 2025**  
A chance to feature new products and gain added visibility through show promotions.

### Keep Your Directory Listing Accurate

**Company Name Verification – Due December 12, 2025**  
Confirm your company name for the printed Map Book.  
**Company Profile Updates – Ongoing**  
Keep your listing and product information polished and up to date.

### Submit Required Forms to Show Management

**Move-In Date Change Requests – Due December 15, 2025**  
**Freight & Machinery Questionnaire – Due December 15, 2025**  
**In-Booth Event Requests – Due January 30, 2026**  
These forms help AEM and Freeman plan your logistics and booth activities.

### Hotels & Registration

**Hotel Room Assignments – January 16, 2026**  
Unassigned rooms will be released starting January 17 and subject to fees.

### Early-Bird Discounts

Take advantage of reduced rates across key services:  
Electric & plumbing, security, floral, detailing, Freeman services, heavy equipment needs, audio/visual, internet/Wi-Fi, and catering all have early-order deadlines throughout **January–February 2026**.
