Sourcing the talent needed for continued strength and growth is one of the most significant challenges faced by companies in our industry.  NFPA has invested in a series of programs and services that foster relationships between NFPA members and educators and students as a means of growing the source of talent available to the fluid power industry. As we reach the 10 year anniversary of the NFPA Fluid Power Vehicle Challenge, we conducted an NFPA Business Intelligence survey of members to get a better sense of the challenges as currently faced, and the strategies member companies are using to meet these challenges.
