The [NFPA Education and Technology Foundation](https://www.nfpa.com/about-the-nfpa-foundation) awarded $80,000 in scholarships to 25 students for the 2024-25 academic year, thanks to generous donations of our members and the dedication of volunteer judges. ​These scholarships support students' tuition, fostering the next generation of fluid power professionals. [Recipients have expressed deep gratitude](https://www.nfpa.com/news/nfpa-scholarships-impact-of-the-2024-awards-and-recruiting-nfpa-members-to-judge), highlighting the industry's commitment to nurturing upcoming talent.

We invite NFPA members to join the scholarship selection committee for the $2,500 Fluid Power and Tom Wanke Legacy Fund programs. This virtual opportunity involves reviewing applications between April and June 2025, with an estimated commitment of 6-10 hours. In 2024, our volunteer judges reviewed 187 applications, and we anticipate even more this cycle.​
