Sugino Corp specializes in precision equipment for deburring, parts cleaning, and machining applications. With 80+ years of experience, we have particular expertise in high-pressure water jet deburring that harnesses the power of water—without abrasives or chemicals—to remove burrs from complex internal passages, such as those found in hydraulic manifolds. These systems are designed to reach intricate, often inaccessible areas, ensuring contaminant-free components critical to fluid power and hydraulic systems. Sugino’s water jet solutions support manufacturers in meeting strict cleanliness and performance standards.
