The [NFPA Executive Leadership Program](https://www.nfpa.com/home/membership/Future-Leaders/NFPA-Executive-Leadership-Program.htm) is conducted in partnership with the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and offers a series of in-person and virtual events for a defined cohort of participants that teach both the hard and soft skills that are needed for leadership in today’s fluid power industry.

The program’s third cohort of leaders graduated from the program in June 2025 – and registration has now opened for the program’s fourth cohort, who will participate in several deep-learning sessions throughout 2026 – beginning at the NFPA Annual Conference in February.

Topics, all taught by world-class Kellogg and industry faculty, will include:

- Executive Foundations
- Cultivating Culture, Values and Virtues
- The Strategic Framework Cascade
- Frictionless Execution
- Financial Acumen
- Strategic Negotiation
- Change Management
- Presenting with Presence

Tuition for the year-long program is $18,000 per participant. Second participants from the same company are $9,000.

This is a limited opportunity, and it sells out quickly, so if you if have an emerging leader on your team who would benefit from both the instruction and the camaraderie that this stellar program offers, contact Eric Lanke at [elanke@nfpa.com](mailto:elanke@nfpa.com) in order to reserve their spot.
