The NFPA Executive Leadership Program is conducted in partnership with the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and offers a series of in-person and virtual events for a defined cohort of participants that teach both the hard and soft skills that are needed for leadership in today’s fluid power industry.
The program’s third cohort of leaders graduated from the program in June 2025 – and registration has now opened for the program’s fourth cohort, who will participate in several deep-learning sessions throughout 2026 – beginning at the NFPA Annual Conference in February.

Tuition for the year-long program is $18,000 per participant. Second participants from the same company are $9,000.
