We are thrilled to announce the University of Cincinnati (UC) as our latest Power Partner University! NFPA recently hosted our first event with UC, celebrating their official entry into the program.
The event was a hit, with 75 students joining us to explore the fluid power industry and career opportunities at NFPA member companies. A special thank you to SunSource and GPM Controls for joining us!
UC is no stranger to the fluid power community, with students participating in the Fluid Power Vehicle Challenge (formerly the Chainless Challenge) for 14 years and an active Fluid Power Club on campus. They also boast the longest-standing co-op program in the U.S. ensuring their engineering students are ready for the workforce with several semesters worth of hands-on experience upon graduation.
