NFPA Annual Conference
February 19, 2026
New Orleans, LA
The NFPA Education and Technology Foundation is dedicated to growing the next generation of fluid power professionals by connecting students to education, experience, and career opportunities in our industry. Through the generosity of companies and individuals across the fluid power community, the Foundation’s workforce programs have already impacted thousands of students nationwide, sparking curiosity, building skills, and strengthening the industry’s future.
This year’s Annual Conference marks a major milestone: 10 years of the Fluid Power Vehicle Challenge. Over the past decade, this hands-on engineering competition has inspired university students to design and build innovative fluid power–driven vehicles while connecting them directly to NFPA members and career opportunities. It’s a powerful example of how education and industry partnership drive progress.
To honor this achievement and continue fueling our mission, we’re revving up the excitement with two fundraising events that give attendees a chance to celebrate, compete, and make a difference. Your participation directly supports the Foundation’s workforce programs, including scholarships, classroom initiatives, and the Vehicle Challenge itself.
A fan favorite returns. This year’s tournament takes place off-site at the stunning TPC Louisiana,
part of the prestigious Audubon Golf Trail.
Your swing supports scholarships, hands-on learning, and the students who will one day lead our industry.
Hit the track or grab a putter for fun and friendly competition. Choose between an adrenaline-filled karting experience on one of the country’s most dynamic circuits or enjoy 18 holes of mini-golf on a brand-new course designed for all ages and skill levels. Whether you’re
racing, putting, or cheering from the sidelines, your involvement helps accelerate the future of fluid power talent.
Whether you’re racing, golfing, or networking, your participation powers the NFPA Foundation’s mission by helping students discover rewarding careers in fluid power and ensuring a vibrant, innovative future for our industry.
