NFPA’s Fast Track to Fluid Power Hubs connect industry with the next generation of fluid power talent. A central part of our approach involves bringing students and industry together at Fluid Power Days. During these events high school students learn about academic pathways, NFPA scholarships, and other resources that support students as they pursue education and careers in fluid power-related industries.
