The fluid power industry faces a growing challenge: member companies consistently rank recruiting a skilled workforce among their most difficult issues. NFPA’s workforce development initiatives work to increase the number of students educated in fluid power and connect them to careers in the industry.
Starting early through K–12 curriculum and hands-on STEM experiences and extending through technical colleges and universities, these programs build a talent pipeline grounded in real-world skills and industry relevance.
