The National Fluid Power Association (NFPA) is inviting members to share their insights on the workforce challenges impacting their businesses, including retirement risks and strategies for recruiting, developing, and retaining talent.
Your feedback will help NFPA better understand the industry's evolving workforce needs and guide the development of future educational sessions, webinars, and other valuable resources. Responses will also help identify opportunities for members to leverage NFPA's network of industry, education, and workforce development partners.
All responses will remain confidential and will only be reported in aggregate to help identify broader workforce trends and challenges across the fluid power industry.
