The NFPA Executive Leadership Program is conducted in partnership with the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and offers a series of in-person and virtual events for a defined cohort of participants that teach both the hard and soft skills that are needed for leadership in today’s fluid power industry.
The program’s fourth cohort will graduate in November 2026, and registration will soon open for the fifth cohort. Participants will take part in a series of in-depth learning sessions in 2027, beginning July 2026.
Topics, all taught by world-class Kellogg and industry faculty, will include:

- Financial Acumen
- Strategic Negotiation
- Change Management
- Presenting with Presence
Tuition for the year-long program is $18,000 per participant. Second participants from the same company are $9,000.
