ITR Forecast Report:

• A quarterly forecast report produced by ITR Economics. This report includes an annual outlook with ITR phase identifiers for the current year and next two years ahead for 30 of fluid power’s most popular customer markets, as well as hydraulics, pneumatics, and the overall fluid power industry; a quarterly outlook with ITR phase identifiers for those same markets; and detailed fluid power outlooks with supporting evidence, management objectives, ITR phase identifiers, and amplitudes.

Oxford Economics Global Market Reports:

• A collection of global reports produced by Oxford Economics. From high-level macro data and leading indicators, to very detailed analysis and forecasts of popular customer markets, and all broken down from a global perspective, including specific by-country analysis and forecasts.

U.S. Regional Demand Estimates:

• NFPA’s U.S. Fluid Power Regional Demand Estimates Report is an Excel-based report prepared for NFPA by Oxford Economics. The report profiles the estimated geographic distribution of fluid power products to end-use industries by state, including fluid power sales dollar estimates, fluid power sales percentage estimates, and number of establishments for each industry in every state.

Confidential Statistics Program:

• The only monthly source of aggregated industry data for the fluid power industry. Participants receive fifteen pages of fluid power analysis as well as access to aggregated dollar data for industry and product segments. This report presents data on monthly orders and shipments collected from our membership and helps users understand trends and anticipate change within the industry. Member companies are surveyed, data is compiled by a 3rd party, and the results are sent to participants.

State of Fluid Power Program:

• An electronic opinion-based survey which produces the only report that allows industry peers to express their opinion on the current and future state of our industry every month. Both manufacturers and distributors can participate and give expectations for mobile hydraulics, industrial hydraulics, pneumatics, engineered systems, service/repairs, and inventories. Manufacturer and distributor participants receive access to both the manufacturer and distributors results every month.

Customer Market Survey:

• An annual survey focusing on the segmentation of total fluid power sales by customer markets. Fluid power sales data is collected through an independent market research firm to maintain confidentiality.

International Fluid Power Data:

• Track imports and exports of fluid power by-product and by-country with this interactive report and dashboard. Data is sourced from the USITC and filtered for fluid power products. 

Economic and Market Indicators: 

• Take measure of the fluid power supply chain with key customer market data, leading economic indicators, producer pricing statistics, and capacity utilization data all within a single Excel file. Data is sourced from the U.S. Census Bureau M3 Survey, Bureau of Labor Statistics, and Federal Reserve G.17. Dashboard and excel report are available for member use.
